Alexis Gladstone has over 20 years of professional experience in improving employee and organizational effectiveness.  

Alexis combines her background in Human Resources and Information Technology to provide consulting expertise in the areas of large-scale change, leadership development, training, process management, quality, and project management.  She has brought this expertise to both small private, as well has Fortune 100 companies. 

Alexis’ experience in organizational change includes both large and small interventions.  She has broad systems change experience having led a global team in change management, and organization and process design activities for a $200 million global SAP installation.

In her last corporate role, Alexis shaped the first ever talent development strategy for a $3 billion division of a large manufacturing organization.  This included developing a succession planning process for over 400 leadership positions, designing and implementing a performance management system, developing a company-wide executive competency model, and instituting a disciplined staffing process.

As an executive coach, Alexis has worked with individuals in a variety of disciplines and industries helping them develop their leadership capability and improve business results.  She is experienced working with executives as well as first-line managers.

Alexis is an active mentor for the organization I AM Connected, with a mission to actively develop future HR business leaders through networking, and access to information and resources.  She has presented at the Chicago Tax Club, YMCA U.S.A, and Women Business Leader’s Executive Leadership Symposium. 

Alexis holds a Masters of Management degree with a concentration in Organization Behavior/Management and Strategy from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University.
